We are convinced that the professional handling of change processes at the individual, interpersonal and organizational level is an elementary and necessary prerequisite to successfully and target-oriented lead the way, to work and to set standards as a leader, department manager or project / process manager. New work approaches, such as industry 4.0 or the digital office, demand new ways of leading and supporting companies, employees and colleagues.
Therefore, all of our courses of studies also include as basic component the development of students’ skills to deal with change. On top, the respective skills-specific qualification will be provided on our topics and areas such as Change-Management, Project Management, Leadership, Process Management, Sales Management, Smarter Working and Digital Transformation.
