My father. For his everlasting endeavors to understand and not to judge and condemn people and their actions, his care and willingness to help, his optimism and his energy.

What trends do you see in your field of consulting or field of activity?
Consultation and coaching will have an even more holistic approach. This includes all stakeholders in the system and also takes into account the environment.
In order to accompany change processes in the sense of learning and development processes in companies, consultants and managers need the ability to self-reflect, supported by regular and constructive feedback. In this way, they are able to resonate adequately and appreciatively for the impulses and needs of their employees, even at higher participation. Through the willingness of all people involved to take responsibility, a corporate culture emerges which is able to rather cope with stable and unstable developments.
In future, successful leaders will be able to ensure a productive treatment of emotions and stress development, as well as to cultivate awareness for their own health and that of their employees. They will have a high system competency of the structure and process organization, complemented by social and methodological competence. Interdisciplinary knowledge in communication, conflict resolution, self-organization and psychology complement the holistic success orientation.
